There is no penalty or deposit lost for any event cancelled due to inclement weather including heavy rain and wind as long as the cancellation occurs before we arrive at you location for set-up. (The Safety of our children is our main mission) If inclement weather is in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event. We will also be in contact with you to help guide you in your decision. We usually leave the decision up to you but Safety is our #1 focus, so if we feel it is unsafe for you and your children we will not deliver the unit. In this case you will receive a full refund (of the deposit).
Deposits:
A $50 deposit is required at the time the order is place in order to reserve your party date. The deposit is refundable as long as the event is cancelled 2 weeks prior (14 days) or you are canceling for a valid reason (i.e. weather, family emergency, ect). Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, and Paypal.
Please do not send a deposit without checking availability and pricing 1st. If this does happen you will be responsible for ALL paypal fees.
